摘要
工会凝聚力指工会对成员进行整合,实现工会内部秩序,从而让成员能够围绕工会的组织目标形成合力的能力。工会服务供给和工会活动参与对工会凝聚力具有显著的正向影响。因此,为增强工会凝聚力,需提高工会的服务质量,鼓励会员积极参与工会活动。
The cohesion of trade union means that to integrate union members and internal order of trade union, so as to form co- operation around the organizational targets of trade union. The supply of trade union＇ s service and the participation into trade union activity has positive influence on the cohesion of trade union.
