摘要
近年来,随着劳务派遣用工的数量快速增长,这种用工形式暴露出来的问题也愈加明晰。签于当前劳务派遣用工存在的诸多问题,应当深入贯彻实施《劳动合同法》修正案,加强立法、完善政策、强化监管,充分发挥工会作用。
In recent years, along with the rapid rise in number of labor dispatch recruitment, more problems have been ex- posed, To resolve the problems in labor dispatch, we should thoroughly implement the revision of Labor Contract Law, improve legislation and policy, strengthen supervision and give full play to the role of trade unions.
