摘要
自2009年国家统计局开始公布城镇私营单位就业人员平均工资水平始,城镇私营企业职工收入过低的问题逐渐引起社会各界的关注。从已有数据的分析可以推断,私营企业职工的收入水平在整个职工收入序列中是位于末端的,低收入职工多集中在私营企业中。当前我国城镇私营单位与城镇非私营单位就业人员之间的收入差距已经成为职工群体内部收入分配差距扩大的一个重要原因。
Since the average wages of employee of private units in cities and towns are published by the National Bureau of Statis- tics of China in 2009, the too low income of employee in private enterprises has aroused the concern of the community. Statistics show that the income level of employee in private enterprises is the lowest in the whole income ranking of workers and staff, and most of the low - income employees are in private enterprises. At present, the income gap between private units and non - private units has become an important cause of growing income disparity in China.
