摘要
"主动参与"法是我国工会组织近年来在促进企业职业安全卫生工作方面的成功探索和实践,同时有效发挥了工会履行安全生产监督检查的职能。从安全科学预防事故的原理和机制出发,深入挖掘和分析得出"主动参与"法预防事故的人因机理、预防机理、持续改进机理和安全文化机理,为"主动参与"法提供深入的理论支持依据,希冀推动工会"主动参与"法的进一步应用。
＂Initiative participation＂ into accident prevention is a successful exploration and practice of China＇s trade unions in recent years.Trade unions play an effective role of supervising and inspecting work safety.In the perspective of accident prevention mechanism,some reasonable suggestions are proposed from three aspects：personal cause mechanism,prevention mechanism,sustaining improvement mechanism and safety culture mechanism.The author hopes those suggestions can be beneficial to the improvement of trade union＇s ＂initiative participation＂ into accident prevention.
