摘要
本文在大量实验研究的基础上,阐明了硅钢的氧化特性及硅钢重量氧化率与加热温度、炉内气氛、加热速度及钢种之间的关系。试验结果表明:硅钢在加热到750℃以前,氧化速度较小,而加热到750~900℃时,氧化速度急剧增大,空气消耗系数为0.49时是硅钢氧化的加速点,如将空气消耗系数控制在0.49左右,可以实现硅钢的明火无氧化加热。
The oxidation nature of silicon steel and the relationship between oxidation rate and factors such as temperature, air consuming coefficients (ACC), heating rate, composition of the silicon steel is expounded on the basis of the experiments. The experiment results show that the silicon steel is only little oxidized when temperature is below 75O℃, and the oxidation increases very rapidly when temperature is between 750℃ and 900℃. It is found that the value of ACC which equals 0.49 is the critical value of the oxidation. If ACC is controlled to be 0.49, it is possible to make nonoxidation heating of silicon steel with open flame.
