摘要
针对石济铁路客运专线济南西联络线32 m预应力混凝土简支箱梁现浇施工质量控制问题,分析了高性能混凝土裂缝的成因及裂缝类型,从积极优化耐久混凝土配合比,采用多次张拉、严格养护工艺等方面阐述了如何有效地控制大体积预应力混凝土薄壁箱梁裂缝质量缺陷的方法,并提出了有关裂缝的处理措施。
Aiming at the control of quality fault of 32-m cast-in-situ pre-stressed simple supported beam for Jinan West Line of Shijiazhuang- Jinan Passenger Dedicated Line, the article analyzes the crack causes and crack types of high-performance concrete, sets forth how efficiently to control the crack quality fault of mass pre-stressed concrete thin-wall box beam from the aspects of actively optimizing the durable concrete mixing ratio, using the repeated tension and adopting the strict curing technology, and puts forward the relative crack treatment measures.
