摘要
宝钢1号高炉1990年上半年顺行差,冷却盘不断破损,欠产3.7万吨。下半年成立了保产组,9月份起炉况稳定并取得了高产、优质、低耗的好成绩。本文总结了保产期的操作经验。
During the first half of 1990 operation of No.l BF was unstable. Cooling plates were often broken. Its shortfall in output reached 37000 ton. A service group was organized for improving the operation of the No.l BF. Since then the furnace operation has become stable. Its output, quality of the product and fuel consumption has been greatly improved. The experience of the service group is summarized.
