热轧中型角钢的力学性能与控冷工艺的关系 被引量:2

摘要 通过实验总结和分析了鞍钢中型热轧角钢(7.5~10号)的力学性能、金相组织与控冷工艺的关系:终冷温度对角钢的强塑性起着决定性作用,A3.16Mn角钢的终冷温度控制在700~650℃范围内具有较高的强塑性配合;碳当量C_eq影响A3、16Mn角钢控冷后强化效果,一般碳当量高强化效果大;A3角钢经轧后控冷后欲达到16Mn角钢的力学性能水平,需使碳当量C_eq≥_0.27,终冷温度控制在700~650℃范围内。 This paper summarizes and analyzes the relations among controlled cooling technology, mechanical properties and microstructures of hot rolled medium-section angle steels (MSAS) (7.5-10) produced in Anshan Iron and Steel Co. The experimental results show that final cooling temperature plays an important role on strength and plasticity of MSAS under condition of final cooling temperature range of 700~650℃, As and 16Mn MSAS posses better property combination of strength and plasticity; carbon equivalent(C_(eq)) influences the strengthening effect of A3 and 16Mn angle steels after controlled cooling, generally, the more carbon equivalent, the more strengthening effect; the mechanical properties of A3 MSAS can reach the level of mechanical properties of 16Mn angle steels when C_(eq)≥0.27 and final cooling temperature range of 700-650℃.
