这是我国自行设计和制造并安装的第一套全连续式热连轧窄带钢轧机。扁坯经三段连续式加热炉进连轧机组再至半自动打捆机-火成材。重点总结了该机组试轧投产的经验,包括试轧前的工艺准备,试轧中发现的主要工艺技术问题及其产生的原因和采取的相应措施等。探讨了由初轧至连轧粗轧机组实现直轧的可能性。
A fully continuous hot strip mill (FCHSM) has been put into operation at Laiwu Iron and Steel Works. It is the first set of FCHSM which was designed and manufactured by domestic engineers. Slab is heated in a three-stage continuous heating furnace, then rolled, and the rolled product is packaged with a semi-automatic bundler. All these procedures are completed within one beat. This paper summarizes the experiences with start-up of the new mill including technical preparation, problems and solutions during its operation. The possibility of direct rolling from blooming to rough mill of the FCHSM is also discussed.
