摘要
张鹤年主任医师认为，风、火、痰、瘀、虚是发病之因，治疗上提出熄风通络，清热泻火，化痰祛瘀，补益虚衰为治疗大法。张老尤其擅长运用蜈蚣以熄风止痉，通络止痛，临床常与全蝎相须为用，使毒祛凝开，经行络畅，全蝎常用剂量1—3g；配僵蚕取其祛风涤痰止痉之力，僵蚕用量在15～20g；配赤芍则可平肝熄风与清热凉血并举，缓蜈蚣毒烈之性，赤芍用量在15～20g。
Chief physician ZHANG He-nian thinks that wind pathogen, internal heat, phlegm, blood stasis, deficiency can cause the disease. Dr. Zhang proposed primary treatments： Dispel pathogenic wind; clear heat-fire; detoxify pollutants; exclude sputum and tonify deficiency. Dr Zhang is especially good at using the centipede to treat the disease. In the clinical treatment, centipede should often be used with scorpion, batryticated silkworm and radix paeonia rubra. Scorpion is commonly used with a dose of 1 - 3 g;batryticated silkworm is commonly used with a dose of 15- 20 g; radix paeonia rubra is com- monly used with a dose of 15 - 20 g.
