摘要
在弹塑曲线(P-H图)的基础上,讨论了轧机刚性与厚控效果的关系,对350mm和300mm轧机的刚度进行了测定和理论计算;并结合几个典型产品的轧制规程,对350mm开坯机的厚控效果进行了初步研究。
The relation between strip stand rigidity and effect of gauge control is discussed on the basis of spring plasticity curve (P-H). The stand rigidity of the 350mm and 300mm strip mills were measured and calculated theorirically. The effect of gauge control of a 350mm cold strip mill for rough rolling is initially approached with several typical schedules.
