摘要网络化治理是因应西方政府政治生态深刻变革,并在信息社会持续推进的时代背景下兴起的一种公共管理实践的新模式。网络化治理的勃兴顺应了治理理论不断发展和公共管理实践深入推进的趋势,并促进了治理理论的演化变迁和治理实践空间的纵深拓展。网络化治理的出现更加彰显了现代社会公共价值,对社会合作与信任机制的构建,权力重构和模式转型及利益均衡和公平分配的实现具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。 Network governance is in response to the profound changes in the political environment of the Western govern- ments. In the continuous promotion context of the times rises of a new model of public management practices in the information society. The network governance flourish conforms to the governance theory development and further promote the trend of public management practices, and to promote governance theory of evolutionary change and governance practice space to expand in depth. The emergence of network governance reinforces the public value of modern society, social cooperation and trust mecha- nism, powers reconstruction and model transformation and the balance of interests. The equitable distribution has important theo- retical and practical significance.
