摘要
本文讨论了固体电解质定氧技术在钢铁生经产中的若干应用,包括转炉终点控制,脱氧工艺控制,沸腾钢和半镇静钢质量控制,酸溶铝量控制,还对最近研究的连续定氧测头,定硅及定铬测头以及用定氧测头预报铸铁中石墨状态的情况进行了简单评述。
Some applications of oxygen sensor technique using solid electrolyte in the prodution of iron and steel are reviewed in this paper. It includes: control of converter tapping; control of deoxi-dation; quality control of rimming and semi-killed steels and determination of acid-solved Al content. Also, several new trends in developing oxygen sensor technique, which include continuous oxygen probe, silicon probe, chromium probe and the prediction of graphite state in iron casting using oxygen probe.
