总结了涟钢三座300m^3型高炉煤气全部采用干式布袋除尘的经验。除尘效率高,净煤气的含尘量均小于10mg/m^3,布袋使用寿命均达2年以上,并可整体更换。对存在的一些问题,诸如检漏、捕集尘的综合利用等进行了讨论,并提出了改进意见。
The experiences with all-dry bag-filter systems on three BF of 300m^3 at Lianyuan Steel Plant are summaried. Operation results show that they have high dedusting effeciency-cleaned gas contents less than 10mg/m^3; service life of the bags has reached two years or more; and they can be wholly replaced. Existing problems such as leak detection and utilization of captured dust are discussed, and some suggestions for improvement have been made.
