摘要
本文设计了不同含钛量和相当于ZF7钢合金化当量的低氮18CrMnVB钢。研究了有效钛含量和预先热处理状态对18CrMnVB钢奥氏体晶粒粗化温度的影响及淬透性和淬火、低温回火后的力学性能,探讨了Ti-V对提高低氮渗碳钢奥氏体晶粒粗化温度的综合作用机制,确定了适合转炉和平炉冶炼的低氮18CrMnVB钢适宜的有效钛含量和钛含量,提出了具有高淬透性和高粗化温度加钛的低氮18CrMnVB钢的化学成分。
The low nitrogen 18CrMnVB steels with different titanium contents and with alloying equivalent corresponding to ZF7 steels have been designed. The influences of the effective titanium content and the prehea treatments on austenite grain coarsening temperature, hardenability and mechanical properties of low nitrogen 18CrMnVB steels after quenching and low temperature tempering were studied. The mechanism of combined effect of Ti-V on elevation of the austenite grain coarsening temperature of the carburizing steels is discussed. Suitable effective titanium contents for 18CrMnVB smelted in open hearth furnace and converter have been determined. Chemical compositions of Ti-added low-N_2 18CrMnVB steels with high hardenbility and high coarsening temperature have been raised as well.
