摘要
本文对高炉用氮化硅结合的碳化硅砖进行了热震实验研究,运用电子显微镜(SEM)等手段,对热震形成的断口及裂纹特征进行了分析,并结合边界应力模型理论和高炉操作条件,阐述了该材料的热震破损行为。从而,探讨了改善碳化硅砖的综合性能和高炉上推广应用碳化硅砖的一些有效的技术措施。
By using scanning electron microscope (SEM) technique, the tests on thermal shock of Si_3N_4bonded SiC brick for BF were made. Characteristics of the break and crack formed by the thermal shock were analysized. At the same time, damage behavior of the thermal shock was studied by combining model theory of boudary thermal stress with BF operation conditions. According to the results, some effective measures to improve comprehesive performances of the SiC brick and to extend its use in BF are discussed.
