摘要
用压缩空气模拟氩气搅拌,对LFV-40型钢包精炼炉底吹氩气工艺进行水力学模型实验研究。测定了不同供气量、透气砖面积和透气砖位置条件下的混匀时间,拍摄了不同透气砖位置的流态。对不同直径的透气砖及其布置方式的搅拌效果进行评价和讨论,并提出了合理的工艺参数。
Hydraulic model investigation was conducted by using compressed air to simulate the bet-tom-blown argon stirring process of LFV 40 ladle refining furnace. Mixing time under conditions of various gas rate and area and position of porous plug was measured. Flow patterns of different position were photographed. In this paper the stirring effects of different diameters porous plug and arrangements are evaluated. The rational technological parameters are also presented.
