摘要
本文叙述含磷深冲高强度冷轧汽车板的特性。该钢是在低碳铝镇静钢的基础上,以磷固溶强化,具有强度与成型性(б_10_≥35%、r_m≥1.4、n_ m≥0.19)良好的匹配性,而且点焊性、耐低温性及抗腐蚀性良好。该钢板在鞍钢现有的设备工艺条件下就可生产,且成本低廉。
This paper describes the characteristics of deep drawing high strength cold-rolled phosphorus bearing steel sheets for automotive use. This steel is strengthened by solid solution element phosphorus on the base of low-carbon Al-killed steel. It possesses good properties of high-strength and formability (σ_10≥35%,r_m≥1.4 and n_m≥0.19). Furthermore, its spot weldabi-lity, low temperature toughness and corrosion resistance are also excellent. This steel can be produced with existing equipment and technology at Anshan Iron and Steel Co. at low production cost.
