摘要 针对现有脱水设备不能在高温高压条件下对原油样品进行脱水的情况,研制了高温高压脱水仪。该仪器由原油脱水釜、频率调整器、保护装置等部分组成,其核心部件是原油脱水釜。通过巧妙的结构设计,解决了脱水过程中电弧损害绝缘层的问题,最大限度地减少了釜体的死体积。经室内实验证明,该仪器脱水效果较好,满足高压物性实验对原油样品的需求。 As the existing dewatering devices can not be used under high temperature and high pressure for crude oil sample dehydration, a high temperature and high pressure dewatering device is developed. The device consists of crude oil dehydration reactor, frequency adjustment, protection devices and other components. The core component of the device is the crude oil dehydration reactor. With the smart design, the problem of insulation damage caused by arc during the dewatering process is resolved, and the dead volume of reactor body is greatly reduced. The laboratory experiments show that the effect of dehydration is good and the experimental results meet the high physical demand for the crude oil samples.
