研究了经不同热处理得到的C-Mn钢轨的滚动接触疲劳行为。分别在硬度和碳化物分散度相同时,对比了珠光体和回火索氏体的接触疲劳及磨损性能。通过分析轨面下层的硬度分布,探讨了两种组织的加工硬化行为。结果表明,硬度是影响钢轨接触疲劳寿命的主要因素;细珠光体的强烈加工硬化性能及大的加工硬化层深度,是使接触疲劳性能及耐磨性能优于回火索氏体的原因所在。
RCF (Rolling Contact Fatigue) behaviour of C-Mn steel rail with various heat treatment techniques has been studied. The resistance to RCF and wear between pearlites and tempered-sorbites under the same hardness, or under the same interlamellar spacing of pearlite and inter-particle spacing of tempered sorbite have been compared. Work hardening behaviour in two microstructures described above has also been studied by analyzing hardness distribution beneath th rolling surface. It is shown that the hardness is a major factor to affect RCF life of the rail, and fine pearlites have higher resistance to RCF and wear than tempered sorbites due to strong work-hardening and deep hardening penetration in pearlites.
