摘要
本文通过实验分析了轧制速度、延伸率、辊座偏角等因素对行星斜轧机力能参数的影响,指出在实际生产领域中为获得最佳轧制变形效率和产品质量应合理选择延伸率和辊座偏角。
In this paper the effects of rolling speed, angle of roll seat and elongation rate on force and power parameters of the planetary cross-rolling mill are analysed according to the results of experiments. It is pointed out that the elongation rate and angle of roll seat should be reasonably selected in order to get optimum efficiency of rolling deformation and quality products.
