摘要
探讨了便携式自动堆焊系统的整体设计方案,总体构架基于便携、经济、可靠、多功能的原则进行设计,具有易于组装、易于使用、易于扩展的特点,提出了无飞溅起弧功能、电弧弧压跟踪控制、智能位置跟踪、曲线轨迹焊接、自动回转和移位控制等多种焊接实用控制功能,可应用于不同行业领域的硬面修复再制造。
This paper discusses the overall design of portable automatic welding system. Its overall architecture is based on porta- ble, economical, reliable and versatile design principles, and with the features of easy to assemble, easy to use and easy to expand. It proposes the functions of no spattering arc, arc voltage tracking control, intelligent position tracking, curve track welding, auto - rota- tion and shift control, and other welding practical control. This system can be applied to the remanufacturing of hard surface repair in different fields.
