摘要
对近年来橡胶树体细胞胚发生(包括组织培养、转基因研究、分子生物学和发育生物学)的最新研究进展进行阐述,并对其存在问题和应用前景进行分析和探讨。
This paper reviewed the advances of somatic embryogenesis in Hevea brasiliensis （including tissue culture, transgenetic research, molecular biology and developmental biology）. The key questions and prospects of applications of somatic embryogenesis were also discussed.
