摘要
岩门大峡谷旅游专用公路某待爆岩体距一座1998年建成的水库拱坝为110 m,根据地质、地形条件和爆区周围的环境情况,并考虑开挖方量少的特点,选择采用人工开挖配合浅眼小台阶松动爆破方案,分6层开挖,每层层厚约2 m;采用毫秒微差起爆技术、柱状装药和"V"字型起爆方式,将爆破开挖的最小抵抗线方向设计在背向水库大坝的方向,并在大坝一侧的爆破区域外采用潜孔钻机钻凿一排密集减震孔,极大地削弱了爆破的地震效应,降低了爆破地震效应对水库大坝的危害。
The rock mass to be broken along the Yanmen grand canyon tourist road was near to the reservoir arch dam about 110m.According to the geological,terrain and environmental conditions around the blasting area,considering the characteristics of less excavation quantity,the method of hand excavation with shallow holes and short benches loosing blasting was applied.The excavation was divided into six layers with 2m per layer.The millisecond delay blasting technology,with the column charge and the" V" detonation mode were chosen.Moreover,the direction of the minimum burden was back to the reservoir dam.A row of intensive damping holes were arranged outside the blasting area by percussive drill,which greatly reduced the seismic effect of blasting and the damage to the reservoir dam.
