摘要
本文介绍了大冶钢厂采用新的轧辊快开型阿塞尔三辊轧管机、连续热处理炉与冷拨(轧)、精整设备相组合的高质量轴承钢管生产工艺。在穿孔机和轧管机的延伸系数分别为2.0~2.2和2.2~2.4、球化退火温度为715℃、时间为8~12h的条件下,能得到直径公差≤±0.5%,壁厚公差≤±5%,金相组织、脱碳层和硬度合格的轴承钢管。
Production technology for bearing tubes of good quality, developed by Daye Steel Works is introduced in this paper.It consists of new Assel mill with quick hydraulic roll-lifting system, continuous heat treatment furnace, cold drawing and finishing installations. The tubes with diameter tolerance ≤±0.5 %, wall thickness tolerance≤±0.5%, fine grains, suitable de-carburized layer and hardness have been obtained under following conditions:Piercer elongation rate 2.0~2.2,Assel mill elongation rate 2.2~2.4,Annealing temperature of spheroidization 715℃,Annealing time of spheroidization 8~12 hours.
