摘要
气水同产井井筒压降监测是排水采气措施制定的基础,常规的井筒压降监测主要依靠下入电子压力计实测和依靠模型预测来获取。下电子压力计实测方式存在耗时、成本高的缺点,通过模型预测方式在垂直井中应用效果较好,但在斜井中由于流动形态较垂直井差别较大造成准确性较差。川西气田普遍采用丛式井组开发,由于气井产量、压力差异及井身结构复杂性,气井井筒压降难以有效监测,排水采气措施的实施很难做到"有的放矢"。为此,根据川西气田斜井井眼轨迹特征,将斜井井眼轨迹按照垂直段和倾斜段进行井筒压降分段模拟,通过实测数据和预测数据对比实现分段压降模型优选,得到川西气田斜井井筒压降预测组合模型,并通过全井筒压力计算与实测对比表明该模型准确可靠。运用该组合模型在川西气田斜井中开展井筒压力计算31井次,并对井筒流态进行了分析,根据分析结果实施的排水采气措施,平均措施有效率提高了10%,现场应用成效显著。
Wellhole pressure drop monitor for wells which product gas and water is base of working out drainage gas recovery measures.Wellhole pressure drop is usually monitored by EPG and prediction model.But timeconsuming and high cost is the shortcoming of EPG,and prediction model has good effect only in vertical well,not in directional well because of complex wellbore configuration.Cluster well is common develop means in Western Sichuan,it's very difficult to monitor wellhole pressure drop because of complex bore frame.In accordance with well track characteristics in Chuanxi gas field,the combination model for pressure drop forecasting in deviated wells was obtained by means of model optimization separately in vertical and curved section and the wellbore pressure was calculated by using the model.Through compared with the observed pressure,the results showed that the combination model was accurate.The combination model was applied in 31 wells,effective rate of drainage gas recovery measures made based on wellbore pressure drop prediction was rised 10%.
