摘要
南堡潜山是典型的以高角度裂缝、溶洞等储集油气的油气藏,存在井深、井温高、气油比高等地质工程难点,以往采用常规定向井勘探开发效率低,选择采用水平井钻井方式可有效沟通裂缝并提高潜山油气藏的采收率。但南堡潜山水平井面临安全窗口窄、井口密集、海油陆采位移大、井控风险大等实施难点,为了发现和保护潜山储层、降低施工风险、保障潜山水平井的成功实施,开展了欠平衡环空多相流与压力控制、深井充气欠平衡MWD信号传输、随钻监测与储层评价等研究,形成了深层潜山水平井欠平衡钻井的优化设计、轨迹控制实施方案和现场监测评价方法。现场实施效果表明,欠平衡钻井技术的应用降低了潜山段钻井施工风险,有效地保障了潜山水平井的成功实施,取得了较好的地质效果,实现了南堡潜山的高效勘探开发,为同类储层的钻井工艺技术提供了借鉴。
Nanpu buried hill is typical oil and gas reservoirs with high angle fracture and cave,its development efficiency is low by using the conventional directional well exploration due to deep well,high temperature and high gas-oil ratio,choosing horizontal well drilling can communicate effectively fracture and improve the recovery factor of buried hill reservoir.But the horizontal well drilling faced many difficulties in Nanpu buried hill reservoir,such as narrow safety window,concentrated wellhead,large displacement and big well control risk.In order to discover and protect buried hill reservoir,reduce the construction risk and guarantee the success of the horizontal well drilling,the underbalanced annular multiphase flow and pressure control,deep well inflatable underbalance MWD signal transmission,monitoring while drilling and reservoir evaluation were researched,the optimization design,trajectory control plans and site monitoring evaluation methods of underbalanced horizontal drilling suited for the deep buried hill reservoir were formed.Field application results showed that the underbalanced drilling technology reduced the drilling risk of buried hill section,effectively guarantee the success ratio of the buried hill horizontal well drilling,has obtained the good geological effect.
