摘要
TEM研究表明,钴显著细化和减少钼系高速钢基体钢中从淬火态马氏体内析出的渗碳体和经过540℃回火处理后残存的渗碳体,分析认为,钴对马氏体中析出渗碳体的这种抑制作用,增大了二次硬化过程进行时马氏体中碳的过饱和度,增加合金碳化物析出的驱动力,因而使回火硬度峰值上升,并移向较低的回火温度范围。
It is shown by TEM observation that, in molybdenum high speed steels, cobalt can fine and reduce the amount of cementite precipitated from quenched martensite and remained cementite tempered at 540℃ remarkably. This effect increases carbon oversaturation in the marten-site and makes driving force of alloy carbide precipitation stronger. Thus a higher value of peak secondary hardness and a lower tempering temperature range are promoted.
