EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THERMOTECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF SINGLE TUBES INSERT HEAT EXCHANGERS

摘要 在实验室条件下,对几种插入件式换热器单管的热工特性进行了研究。以实验数据为基础,运用回归分析的方法,建立了换热管热工指标与空气流速之间的特性方程。具体分析了管形、插入件及空气流速对空气侧给热系数、阻力损失、管壁温度和空气预热温度的影响。为换热器的合理设计和操作提供了依据。 Under laboratory conditions, a test was made to examine the thermotechnical characteristics of single tubes in insert heat exchangers. Based on the experimental data, some characteristic equations representing the relationship between thermotechnical index and air velocity were worked out by regression method. The patterns of influence of tube type, insert parts and air velocity on air heat transfer coefficient, air pressure loss, mean temperature of tube surface and air preheated temperature were also analysed respectively. The results obtained are useful for improving design and operation of the insert heat exchanger.
