摘要 采用Gleeble-1500热模拟设备对试样进行热压变形并测出钢的珠光体转变温度。结果表明,铌在高温变形时产生诱导析出,而钒的析出量很少。钢中的铌几乎全部以NbC形式析出,而钒大部分仍固溶在铁素体中。铌固溶在奥氏体中使珠光体转变温度降低,减少珠光体片层间距,高温变形促使NbC析出,将使铌的上述作用减弱。 By means of gleeble-1500 thermal-mechanical tester samples were deformed and austenitepearlite transformation temperature was determined. The results show that the induced precipitation of NbC occurs during high temperature deformation, but only a little of vanadium precipitates. Almost all the Nb in the steel precipitates in the form of NbC, while most of the vanadium still dissolves in ferrite. The dissolved niobium in austenite lowers the transformation temperature of austenite pearlite, reduces the lamina distance. High temperature deformation promotes NbC precipitation, and weakens above mentioned activities.
