摘要
本文在双半径法和边缘弯曲法的基础上,介绍了一种冷弯圆管的中部反向弯曲孔型设计理论。通过分析证明:用反向弯曲孔型成形薄壁圆管,可以明显减小带坯边缘部分和中心部分的延伸不均匀性,避免边缘波浪和折皱;减少变形区纵向的应力不均匀分布,防止产品弯曲;减少产品壁厚的不均匀性;提高产品质量。在理论分析的基础上提出了中部反向弯曲的孔型设计方法。
According to double radius method and edge bend method, this paper introduces the design theory of roll pass with opposite direction bend in middle part for cold forming of round pipe. It is proved by the analysis that this roll pass system has advantages as follows: 1. the elongation difference between edge and middle in the strip blank obviously decreases to avoid the wave and wrinkle in the edge; 2. the uneven distribution of stress along longitudinal direction of the deformation area decreases, to maintain the straightness of products. 3. of the the difference in wall thickness decreases to improve the quality of products. On the basis analysis, a practical design method is given.
