摘要 设计了2种HR900/1200MS热轧马氏体钢成分。采用热膨胀法测定了2种成分体系试验钢的动态CCT曲线。结果表明,铬和钼的添加降低了碳的活度,从而降低了贝氏体相变温度。采用50kg真空感应炉冶炼和550MM小型轧机轧制。力学性能测试结果表明,添加铬和钼的试验钢符合标准要求,未添加铬和钼的试验钢冷弯性能不合格;显微组织观察结果表明,针状铁素体在晶界处含量增加是导致试验钢冷弯性能不合格的主要原因。 Two types of chemical components were designed for HR900/1200MS hot-rolled martensitic steel. The continuous cooling transformation diagrams were measured with thermal expansion measurement. The results indicated that Cr and Mo restrained the activity of carbon, thus reduced the transformation temperature of the bainite. The steels were smelted by 50 kg vacuum- induction furnace and rolled by 550 mm rolling mill. The mechanical properties were tested and the microstructure of the steels was observed. The results indicated that the mechanical properties of the steel with Cr and Mo elements met the specification, while the cold-bend performance of the steel without Cr and Mo elements did not met the specification, which mainly resulted from the increase of acicular ferrite along the boundary of grain.
