摘要
本文研究了钛和硼对20MnVB钢淬透性的影响。探讨了20MnVB钢中硼相的形态、分布、溶解和析出行为及其对淬透性影响的机制。提出了有效硼和过剩钛决定20MnVB钢淬透性带宽度的参量,并确定了最佳值的范围,提出了获得20MnVB钢理想的淬透性带的最佳含钛量和含硼量。
The influences of titanium and boron on hardenability of 20MnVB steel have been studied. The type, distribution, dissolution and precipitation of the boron phase as well as their mechanism on hardenability were investigated. The results show that the effective boron and excessive titanium are the decisive parameters for the width of hardenability. The optimum ranges of these two parameters are given. The optimum contents of titanium and boron to obtain ideal width of hardenability for 20MnVB steel are proposed.
