摘要
本文通过对复吹转炉成渣过程和机理的进一步研究,得出下列一些结论:成渣速度及成渣质量均优于顶吹转炉;底吹供气强度对成渣过程有很大影响;渣中加入适量MgO有利于去磷,冷凝渣中磷主要分布在C_2S相中。
The process and mechanism of slag formation in a 15 t top bottom combined blown converter are analyzed in this paper. The results show that the speed and quality of slag formed in top-bottom combined blown converter are better than that in top blown converter. The effect of strength of bottom blowing gas on the process of slag formation is obvious. It is advantageous for dephosphorization to adding appropriate MgO to the slag. Phosphorus is mainly distributed over C_2S phase in cold slag.
