沉水植物腐解对人工湿地水质的持续影响研究 被引量:21

摘要 为研究石佛寺人工湿地主要沉水植物穗状狐尾藻、金鱼藻、眼子菜和黑藻腐解对水质的持续影响,进行室内腐解模拟桶装试验。为了对比加底泥与不加底泥以及不同生物量在沉水植物腐解过程中对水体的影响,每种沉水植物进行3例桶装试验,为两组对照试验。监测指标有:温度、pH、溶解氧(DO)、化学需氧量(CODCr)、总氮、总磷。结果表明:(1)随着4种植物的腐解DO先升高后降低,处于低水平的时间相对较长,会影响水体中需氧生物的生存。(2)4种植物腐解过程中均会向水体中释放含氮、含磷物质和有机物,生物量越大向水体中释放的越多。(3)4种植物腐解后一部分含氮物质和含磷物质会进入底泥,底泥中磷的再释放是水中富营养化的一个重要内源。(4)4种沉水植物腐解对水体中有机物的影响是短期的,即初期上覆水体中含量高,待残体分解沉降后,CODCr浓度均小于10mg/L。 To study the continuous influence of submerged plant such as Myriophyllum spicaturn, Crato- phyllum demersum, Potamogeton oblongus and Hydrilla verticillata decomposition on water quality in Shi- fosi constructed wetland, the indoor decomposition barreled simulation test was conducted. In order to com- pare with impact of sediment and without sediment and different biomass in the submerged plant decomposi- tion process on water quality, each submerged plant set 3 cases of barreled experiment for 2 sets of controlled trials. Monitoring indicators were temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, chemical oxygen demand, total nitro- gen and total phosphorus. The results showed that: (1)With four plants decomposition, DO reduced after rose first, low time was relatively long and it affected the survival of aerobic organisms in water. (2)Four kinds of plants released matter of nitrogen, phosphorus and organic into water during these plant decomposi- tion process. (3)Part of nitrogen and phosphorus matter would enter into the sediment after the four plants decomposed, it was an important endogenous that the phosphorus of sediment releasing to water lead to wa- ter eutrophication. (4) The influence of submerged plant decomposition on organic matter in water was short, the early influence of the overlying water was high, after being residue decomposition settlement, CODer concentrations was less than 10 mg/L.
