摘要
连铸-连轧使从炼钢到热连轧的生产流程缩短为几个小时,具有节能、提高成材率、节省投资等突出优点。但实现该工艺,需要解决一些新的理论与实践问题。本文从高温冶金学的角度,讨论了连铸-连轧工艺的基本特点、影响直轧产品性能和成型质量的因素以及质量保证技术。
Continuous Casting and Direct Rolling (CC-DR) process has great advantages of saving energy, material and investment, also can reduce the time needed for the whole process from steel-making to continuous hot rolling to several hours. But to realise this process, some new theories and practical problems should be solved. In this paper, from the theory of high temperature metallurgy, the basic characteristics of CC-DR process, factors which affect the properties and forming qualities of directly rolled products and the technology by which the product quality can be ensured are discussed.
