超声血管损毁术的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 超声血管损毁术(Angiotripsy)是用超声波破坏靶组织的血管,损伤血管内皮细胞,导致血管内皮的连续性中断,暴露血管内皮下组织,引起凝血机制的激活,从而导致血栓形成,阻断局部组织血供,致组织缺血坏死,从而达到治疗目的。其治疗机制主要与超声空化有关,空化作用为液体中存在的微小气泡,也即空化核,在声波作用下产生振荡、扩大、收缩至内爆等一系列的动力学过程。在气泡内爆的瞬间,气泡内聚集的能量迅速释放,致使局部呈现出发光、5000K以上的高温、
