摘要
目的探讨护士分层级管理对基础护理质量的影响。方法选取本院60名护理人员,随机分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),观察组采用分层级管理,对照组采用常规职称管理,对比两组护理人员管理前后的理论知识和基础操作技能水平,管理前后护理质量,管理前后患者、临床医师及护理人员的满意度。结果观察组在实施分层级管理后,护理人员的相关理论知识考核合格率及评分均比管理前有明显提高,且高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理质量评分中的健康教育、病房管理、护理安全、基础护理、整体护理五项评分均比管理前有提高,且高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组管理前后患者、临床医师及护理人员本身的满意度均有明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组管理前后满意度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论分层级管理是全面的、贴切的、个性化的护理管理模式,能提高基础护理质量,值得在临床护理中推广。
Objective To study the impact of nurse hierarchical management on the quality of basic care. Methods Sixty nurses were randomly divided into observation group (n=30) and control group (n=30), and the ob- servation group taken hierarchical management, the control group taken conventional title nursing management. The theoretical knowledge and basic operation skill levels of nurses, the basis quality care, satisfaction of patients, clini- cians and nurses were compared before and after the management between the two groups. Results After the hierar- chical management, the pass rate, theoretical knowledge examination and basic operating skills in the observation group were better than those before the management, and were better than those in the control group (P〈0.05); the health edu- cation, ward management, care and safety, basic care, the overall quality care scores in the observation group was better than those before the management, and were better than those in the control group (P〈0.05); the satisfaction of patients, clinicians and nurses were significantly increased after the management (P〈0.05), but there were no statistieaUy differ- enee in the control group before and after the management. Conclusion Hierarchical management is a comprehensive, appropriate, personalized care management model, and hence can improve the quality of basic care.
