摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径应用于肾病综合征患儿健康教育的临床效果。方法将2010年3月至2012年12月期间我院诊治的60例肾病综合征患儿随机分为对照组(常规护理模式)和观察组(临床护理路径)各30例,对两组健康知识掌握程度、护理满意度、用药依从性以及并发症进行观察和比较。结果与对照组比较,观察组对健康知识掌握度、护理满意度、用药依从性均明显升高,并发症发生率显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于肾病综合征患儿,实施有效的临床护理路径,可明显提高护理满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of clinical nursing pathway in application of health edu- cation for children-patients with nephrotic syndrome. Methods Sixty children with nephrotic syndrome hospitalized from March 2010 to December 2012 were randomized into the control group (routine nursing mode) and the observa- tion group (clinical nursing pathway), with 30 patients in each group. The master degree for the health knowledge, nursing satisfaction, drug compliance and incidence of complications in the two groups were observed and compared. Results Compared with the control group, the master degree for the health knowledge, the nursing satisfaction and the drug compliance were significantly increased, while the incidence of complications was significantly reduced in the observation group (P〈0.05). Conclusion For children with nephrotic syndrome, the effective clinical nursing pathway can significantly improve the nursing satisfaction and worthy of clinical promotion.
