摘要
密接式车钩前端车钩体为典型复杂零件,针对其数控加工工艺,结合数控加工中心夹具的设计原则,设计了密接式前端车钩数控加工过程中所需的夹具,保证了车钩的加工质量,提高了生产效率。
Tightlock coupler is typical complex parts. Referring to the numerical control technique for the coupler and incorporatting the design principles of CNC machining fixture, we design the tightlock front coupler fixture which is re- quired during processing in order to ensure the processing quality and improve producing efficiency.
