摘要
广义泰勒公式是描述刀具耐用度随切削用量变化规律的常用近似数学模型,是进行切削用量选择、优化以及切削效率计算的基本依据。但在通过单因素切削试验导出该公式过程中,有一种错误推导过程经常出现。本文分析该方法产生错误的原因,并提出正确的推导方法。
The generalized Taylor' s formula is a common variation of approximate mathematical model to describe the cutting tool life with cutting parameters. It is the fundamental basis to conduct cutting selection, optimization, and for calcu- lating cutting efficiency. However,there is a wrong derivation in the formula exporting of single factor cutting test. The cause of the error of the method is analyzed, and the correct derivation is put forward.
