摘要
异径管作为连接不同尺寸直管的管件,在国内外先进飞机上应用广泛。本文介绍了一种新的偏心异径管的成形工艺方法:凸模抬高角度法。研究了偏心异径管多道次渐进折弯成形技术,给出了凸模抬高角度和凸模行程的确定方法。通过有限元模拟分析了成形误差,结果表明抬高凸模角度的方法是可行的。
Reducers are widely used in domestic and foreign advanced aircraft as connecting the direct pipes with dif- ferent dimensions. A new forming process of eccentric reducer is This article introduced : the methods of elevating the angle of punch. The multiple - step incremental air - bending forming technology is investigated and the determining method of el- evating the angle of punch and punch travel are presented. Through the finite element simulation and analysing the forming errors, the results show that the method of elevating the angle of punch is feasible.
