摘要 回弹测试技术是一项混凝土无损检测技术.工程中常用该技术所测得的回弹值来推定混凝土的强度,文中在混凝土材料回弹测试机理分析的基础上,进行碰撞和应力波理论分析得出结论:回弹值表征的是混凝土材料的弹性模量,回弹值与混凝土材料的强度只是相关关系,而利用这种关联性来推定混凝土构件的强度对其质量的评估有一定的帮助,但缺少理论支撑.基于该结论,本文猜想回弹测试法可用于快速、方便地识别混凝土材料的弹性模量,并设计了试验,由试验数据做出了某型号混凝土材料弹性模量与回弹值之间的关系曲线. The rebound test technology is a concrete nondestructive testing technology. The rebound value which measured by this technique is commonly used to estimate the strength of concrete in engineering, but based on the rebound test mechanism ,collision process and stress wave theory analysis ,we concluded that the rebound value of concrete materials reflect the modulus of elasticity of concrete material in this paper, the rebound value is just related to the strength of the concrete material, and this correlation has certain help to estimate the strength of the concrete and for its quality evaluation, but lacking of theoretical support. Based on this conclusion, this article suppose rebound test method can be used to quickly and easily identify the modulus of elasticity of concrete materials, then design a test, made a relation curve on the basis of the relationship between the rebound value and the concrete elastic modulus by the test data .With the deepening of the research, if the relation curve can be applied in engineer, an effective basis will be provided for the evaluation of the overall performance of concrete bridge structure and the technical condition.
