摘要
船舶机务风险控制的实施首先是机制的建立,运用系统工程理论对船舶机务安全系统的自组织演化过程进行了分析,总结了船舶风险控制原则,在此基础上建立了机务风险应急管理系统的运转模式,并提出了相应的机制建设内容.
In order to implement the risk control for ship maintenance system, the first step is to establish corresponding mechanism. This thesis applies Safety System Engineering to analyzed the self- organization evolvement of the ship maintenance safety system, and summarized the ship risk control principle. On that basis, The operation mode of the emergency management for ship maintenance system are being developed and the corresponding mechanism construction content comes up.
