摘要
采用成材率、合格率、吨钢管能耗等指标评价生产水平无法动态反映生产工艺水平,对此,提出了用平均道次加工有效成品率和热处理有效成品率等动态衡量工艺水平的办法,该法可直观反映工艺水平。
The manufacture process level can not be dynamically represented just by using targets such as yield, qualified-product rate, and energy consumption Per ton of steel pipes to evaluate production level.
