摘要
本文以氯化钙和磷酸氢二铵为原料,以NH4^+一NH3缓冲体系控制溶液pH值,通过两次正交设计优化了棒状羟基磷灰石(HA)的水热合成条件,系统考察了溶液pH值、反应温度、保温时间等因素对HA形貌和尺寸的影响。结果显示,当pH值为11时,在120℃和150℃条件下保温25h以上,超过90%的HA长径比控制在2~6范围内。
In this paper, hydrothermal synthesis of size-controlled rod-like hydroxyapatite (HA) was optimized by twice orthogonal designs, using CaCl2 and ( NH4 ) 2 HP04 as the raw materials and NH4 -NH3 buffer to control pH value. The effects of pH, hydrothermal temperature and heat-preservation time on HAg morphology and size were systematically investigated. It shows that the length-to-diameter ratios of more than 90% of HA products are controlled in the range of 2-6 under the conditions of pH 11 and maintaining 120 ℃ and 150 ℃ for more than 25 h.
