摘要
介绍了太原重型机械学院研制的φ50mm 三辊联合穿轧无缝钢管轧机工艺,技术特点。采用该轧机只用一道穿轧工序就可轧出壁厚偏差为±4～5.8%。外径偏差为±0.4～O.51%的热轧钢管。
The paper describes the process and technological characteristics of a φ50mm piercing-rollingmill for seamless pipes developed by Taiyuan Heavy Machinery Institute.The employment of the millmakes it possible to hot-roll steel pipes with wall-thickness tolerances of ±4～5.8% and with ODtolerances of ±0.4～0.51% through only one operation procedure as piercing-rolling.
