摘要
目的:探讨癫痫(EP)的中医治疗用药规律。方法:通过以"癫痫"为关键词,以"中药治疗"、"中医治疗"为副关键词,检索"维普中文科技期刊数据库"1989-2012年的医学数据,最终经筛选实际进行分析文献36篇,对其进行用药规律的初步归纳和统计分析。结果:36篇中医治疗癫痫的文献中,共用中药115味,使用频次前10位的中药分别为僵蚕、胆南星、半夏、全蝎、茯苓、石菖蒲、郁金、天麻、远志、朱砂。结论:癫痫的中医治疗以补虚、平肝息风、清热、活血化瘀为主,兼及其他,中医药治疗具有良好效果。
Objective：To observe and evalu- ate the medication Rule on epilepsy Treated with TCM.Method：As the ＂epilepsy ＂as the key words,the ＂traditional Chinese medicine therapy＂,＂traditional Chinese medicine treatment＂ as the second key words,Search- ing the database in ＂VIP Database for Chi- nese Technical Periodicals ＂between 1989 and 2012 years,Eventually after screening and actual analysis with 36 references,the medication of induction and statistical anal- ysis.Result：36 epilepsy treated by traditional Chinese medicine TCM literature,share 115 flavors of Chinese medicine,the frequency of use of 10 respectively is Bombyx Batrytica- tus,Arisaema cum Bile,Pinelliae Rhizoma, Scorpio,Poria,Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma, Curcumae Radix,Gastrodiae Rhizoma, Polygalae Radix,Cinnabaris.Conclusion：Epi- lepsy （EP） treated with TCM based on the Supplementing weak,suppressing hyperac- tive liver for calming endogenous wind, clearing heat,invigorating blood,and on the other,therapy of traditional Chinese medi-cine has a good effect.
