摘要
目的:脑梗死是指脑部的动脉系统中(主要为颈内-大脑中动脉系统或椎-基底动脉系统两个脑供血系统)的动脉粥样硬化和血栓形成,使动脉管腔狭窄、闭塞,导致该动脉供血区局部脑组织坏死,临床上表现为偏瘫、偏身麻木、讲话不清等突然发生的局源性神经功能缺损症状,旧称脑血栓形成。对于脑梗死的预防可以分为一级和二级预防,一级预防主要是针对有发生此类疾病危险的人群,二级预防则是针对已经患有此病或曾发生过此病的患者。
Cerebral infarction is the resuh of cerebral atherosclerosis,intimal injury to cerebral artery stenosis,and because of many reasons make local thrombosis,arterial ste- nosis or occlusion of the increase,leading to brain tissue isehemia,hypoxia,necrosis, caused by a eerebrovascular disease nerve dysfunction.Prevention of cerebral infarction were divided into two levels,the prevention of primary prevention,primary prevention re- fers to the risk without the occurrence of ce- rebral infarction,two grade prevention refers to have cerebral infarction and sequelae of cerebral infarction patients.
