损伤皮肤纤维蛋白形成能荧光法定量研究

摘要 本文报告对124个大鼠切割皮肤样本采用荧光光度法检测损伤皮肤纤维蛋白形成能,以探讨生前伤与死后伤的区别及不同存活时间的生前损伤之间的关系。实验表明,生前30分钟损伤与死后伤的形成能有显著差异;此形成能的检出率与死后放置时间长短和温度有关,而与该部位有尸斑无关。 In this paper, We report fluorescene spectrophotometry in the determination of the fibrin-forming ability (FA) of 124 specimens of injured skin of rats to study the differences between the ante-mortem wounds and post-mortem ones and the relations with the ante-mortem wounds in different survivals. It is demonstrated through experiments that the significant difference between the FA of the ante-mortem wounds in 30 minutes and that of the post-mortem ones exists and the rate of measurement of the FA is related to the time and temperature of post-mortem storage and not related to whether there is livor mortis on the locus of in jured skin.
